I bought two because I thought they would be good, but I'm not sure yet. They're a bit small, but they tend to stay in place well. The band is a little tight, but once it's fixed in an X-shape, it holds the knee well, although the back of the knee feels a bit uncomfortable because the band goes over it in an X-shape. I'll try using them while exercising to know for sure, but they seem good for the price.

I purchased size L for 174cm and 89kg. The band provides a firm support for the knees.
